Ms Quyen Vo is a distinguished Lawyer under the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and an Arbitrator at the Hanoi International Arbitration Center (HIAC). She holds an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the University of Hawaii, USA.
Currently, she serves as the Founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of PQ Counsel, a consultancy specializing in Investment, Real Estate, and Finance. With over a decade of experience, Mrs. Quyên has provided legal counsel to multinational corporations and publicly listed companies operating in Vietnam across various sectors, including Real Estate, Construction, Logistics, F&B, FMCG, Education, and Manufacturing.

With over 7 years of experience in legal consultancy, Ha has garnered substantial expertise from working at leading law firms and FDI enterprises.
